Shipping policy

Delivery area
We currently deliver only to addresses within the United Kingdom.
We do not currently offer international delivery.
Delivery charges
Available delivery options and any applicable charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Dispatch and delivery times
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days of receiving them.
Standard delivery normally takes 2–4 working days after dispatch. Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. During busy periods or circumstances outside our reasonable control, orders may take longer to arrive.
Order confirmation
You will receive an order-confirmation email after placing your order and a further notification when it has been dispatched.
Tracking information will be included where a tracked delivery service is used.
Delivery addresses
Please check that your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
If you notice an error, contact hello@rivandroot.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer. Additional postage charges may apply if an order needs to be sent again.
Delayed or missing orders
If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact hello@rivandroot.com with your name and order number so that we can investigate.
Please allow for potential delays during bank holidays and other busy postal periods.
Damaged orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If it has been damaged during delivery, contact hello@rivandroot.com as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the product and packaging.
We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy.
